8000 Maryland Ave. Ste 910
St. Louis, Mo 63105

Megan Atzert practices law in areas of Criminal Defense, DUI/DWI, Appellate/Post-Conviction, and Employment Discrimination. Megan has been with the firm since 2014, where she started as a temporary receptionist and became an Associate in 2018 after graduating from Saint Louis University School of Law and passing the Missouri Bar Exam.

Megan has shown her dedication to the practice of law in the Saint Louis area, having already made a splash in the community in her young legal career. Megan has argued in front of the Missouri Court of Appeals, taken part in over 40 jury trials, successfully represented plaintiffs in wrongful termination disputes, and has developed a growing employment discrimination practice.

Megan grew up just south of Saint Louis in Imperial, Missouri; where she was active in her local community and various athletic programs. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Historic Preservation from Southeast Missouri State University, and graduated on the Dean’s List in 2012. After graduating Megan moved to Blytheville, Arkansas where she got her first real look at the plight of the entrepreneur. It was in her position as Executive Director of the non-profit in charge of downtown development, first here and later in Excelsior Springs, where her interest in the law began. During this time she wrote over 13 grants which assisted her communities in receiving approximately $150,000 in funding.

Megan’s time in community development helped her realize that she wanted to go to law school. In 2014 Megan moved back to Saint Louis and began her tenure at Sindel Noble, P.C. After a year of studying, and campus visits Megan was honored to be accepted to Saint Louis University School of Law as a Dean’s Scholar in 2015. During her three-years in law Megan managed to continue her work at this firm, as well as participate in various academic organizations, and volunteer at multiple non-profits.
