Images of sitting behind the wheel, foot on the gas, and nothing but open road ahead are as American as apple pie.

Willie Nelson may have put it best in the iconic tune "On The Road Again":

On the road again
Just can't wait to get on the road again
The life I love is making music with my friends

And I can't wait to get on the road again
On the road again

Stop Beating Yourself Up

Mistakes happen.

Good people can find themselves in bad situations. One mistake should not be allowed to define you for the rest of your life, and things like DWI and other traffic offenses are no exception.

If you have lost your driver's license to suspension, there are actions you can take to get it back.

Getting Back On The Road Again

If your license has been suspended for five years as a result of two DWI convictions, you can still apply for limited driving privileges after the first two years of the suspension. The limited privileges will allow you to drive to your place of employment, doctor's appointments, and other crucial places.

Three DWI convictions will result in a 10 year driver's license suspension. In this scenario you can apply for limited driving privileges after the first three years as long as none of your convictions were felonies.

It Won't Be Easy

Getting back behind the wheel is not as simple as submitting a form. At Travis Noble, P.C., we believe it is important to be honest with you about the process and what we can do to help. While you won't get your driving privileges back overnight, we can take the guesswork - and paperwork - out of the process for you.

We can prepare you for the necessary court hearings, file the paperwork, and make sure your effort to regain driving privileges is moved through the legal system as efficiently as possible.

If you are ready to get on the road again, we are ready to help you. Call 314-450-7849 for a free consultation.
